Hello pp please tell me what you did while waiting to youthe letter that says that you are. please tellme I am waiting for the answers now. thanks.
You're getting into college with the kind of writing you demonstrate here? No wonder a diploma doesn't mean much these days.
Oops! I just realized this is the safe haven board which means I have to be nice. Hmmm...thinking of something nice to say...still thinking...

good luck? Is that nice enough?
Ha.
Well, let's see. The first time around, I applied early action to my first choice school, so I got a letter in mid December, which was, well, earlier than usual. I got accepted, so that was that. I still waited to hear from the other schools I applied to, but it was for financial reasons.
Now I'm applying to transfer (I'm a second semester sophomore). Transfer notifications are mailed even later than Freshman/first year notifications. I might not know about one of the schools I'm applying to until late May. But I'm in college now, so have a lot of work to do, plus several other commitments, so I'm keeping myself distracted. Which, I guess, is my advice to you. Keep yourself busy.
Good advice all.
Bob
thanks and yes waiting and yes if I don't take the time to spell check then I will take that bad speell for my self but I can say thing it is better in the last four years.
Hmm, what did I do? Well, I prayed, filled out scholarship aplications (not remotely fun), and got really pissed off when the rejection letters came in. That's all you can do really, I didn't hear from all of my schools till early April of senior year. Ironically, I now go to a school that I didn't aply to originally and wouldn't even consider looking at. Yay for Nassau, the Harvard of Community Colleges!
Okay its already April and I'm still waiting on my acceptance/rejection letter. I think I applied in November but I also had to go through the disibility department and sent in a bunch of paperwork.
I had orriginally applied to the university of wisconsin eau Claire, but was rejected. So, I'm starting out at a smaller school much closer to home, and hoping to transfer over to that school one day. erica, I know this board is over a year old, and congratulations on getting in to college. see what a little patience can bring you?
